Trace and I taught together for years at 3 studios in Nashville *one of them being his own. We learned lot from each other, grew as coaches and people, stole plenty of exercises and I even adopted some of his vocabulary. I will forever say "flip it and switch it". I have mad love and respect for this guy and honored to have worked with such talent in the fitness industry. I'm sure many of his Nashville clients have memorable training moments-feel free to share them below!
