New City Church of Los Angeles 10.12.2020

Join me for the daily examen before you go to bed. It takes about 15 minutes and it is a good way to close out your day. It is time of reflection on the day, examining our hearts and lives, and noticing God's presence in the day (remember, God is with us; so, it is important to stop and see that God was and is with us.

So sorry but I will not be able to do the daily Examen today. I am at a hospital because my son Bennett got sick. Please keep him in your prayers. Update from Kevin: Thank you for your prayers. The final diagnosis is colitis, which is an inflammation of colon. Initially, the doctors diagnosed him with something rare and really serious that might require immediately surgery. But, at the end, it turned out to be something fairly minor. Again, thanks for your prayers.
