Meet the newest addition to our NP teaching team, Sarah! Sarah is a Stott Pilates-certified teacher with years of teaching experience under her leggings. She brings a passion for leading people to be better versions of themselves through a dedicated Pilates practice. My why! - I am passionate about Pilates because I have experienced first hand the benefits it has not only on our bodies & ...minds but on our daily life. It is so rewarding to know I am playing a positive role in a person’s journey to getting stronger by helping them build a better connection with their body. I teach Pilates because it allows me to inspire others to be mindful in their movement, both in the studio and out in the world. Sarah is available for private and semi-private sessions. It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas This year we’ve decided to focus our holiday energy on manifesting positivity in ourselves, our community and our world. So we’d like to introduce you to our inaugural holiday wish tree (taking suggestions for better names ). Next time you’re at the studio, take a moment to reflect on what you’d like to manifest for yourself and those around you during this next month and maybe even year, jot it down on one of the colorful slips ...of paper at the front desk, and hang it up on the tree. In the current state of things when it’s so easy to hone in on the negative, you’d be surprised what creating intention around the positive can do for your spirit. Wondering who that new name on the schedule is? Meet Macy! Macy has an extensive Pilates history stemming back to her younger dancing years in Kansas City where she trained with our very own @jillekrutz (we’re stillJill comes back to us when her babies are a little older ). Macy is currently a professional trainee with the @sacballet during the day and is pursuing her degree in Exercise Science. You can catch her teaching groups and private sessions at Nephesh in the early mornings and evenings. This is such a strange time to be joining a new community, but we know you’ll help us welcome Macy with open arms and big air hugs.
