For the first time, the #CrossFitOpen is offering an equipment-free option for athletes who cannot access their local gym, or who prefer to work out at home but... lac k the necessary equipment. Athletes may finish the Open with any combination of foundations, scaled, Rx’d, or equipment-free events contributing to their score on the CrossFit Games Leaderboard. Do the Open at home, in your garage, at a park, or on any flat space, with or without workout equipment. Register for the 2021 CrossFit Open today at Games.CrossFit.com.

Dear NHCF Family, It is with deep regret and only after serious consideration that we have decided to cancel the NHCF Christmas party. This event is something we look forward to as a way to show our appreciation for each and every one of you. It also affords all of you a chance to get to know some of the people who attend different classes.... We realize how hard this year has been on so many people and realize the need to be social is important. With that said, we don’t want to jeopardize any of you, your families or the gym. We hope you understand and we will plan a late Christmas/Spring Thing once we are able to gather again. Thanks for being the best part of Neighborhood CrossFit! We appreciate you and look forward to a better new year!

Power is on...Normal schedule

Happy Friday Neighborhood Family! Each year at this time, In the spirit of giving, NHCF traditionally adopts a family or two in need and pool our recourses to make sure they have a wonderful Christmas. Late last night we received word of a young military family in need and decided to accept the challenge even amidst these unusual times. This is a last minute challenge as all gifts and gift cards are due Thursday, Dec 10th (Less then a week away!) There is a list of the fam...ily's needs at the gym, and gift cards are more than welcome. If you would like a list emailed to you please pm me (Susie Cooper) your email address and I'll get it over to you. If you're not able to drop items off at the gym, Dawn, myself or an elf or two will be able to come pick it up. Thank you in advance for your generous spirit! CLASSES CANCELLED TONIGHT AND 0500 TOMORROW! The 0800 class will be open tomorrow and we will let you know about tomorrow afternoon.

IMPORTANT... We don’t have any lights at the gym so if the power does not come back on before 2 pm we will have to cancel classes tonight and for 5 am tomorrow. Please stay tuned before you make a trip in!
