The telling of the Christmas story from The Message version of the Book of Luke along with several sacred Christmas carols sung throughout. As the service progresses, you can interact by lighting Christmas Eve and Advent candles along with us.

You’re invited! Christmas Eve Service: THIS Thursday, at 8 p.m. on Emmanuel's YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrly4Po30ndyP1dHCfSjlEg We will tell in the Christmas story from The Message version of the Book of Luke and sing several sacred Christmas carols throughout. As the service progresses, you can interact by lighting Christmas Eve and Advent candles along with us. Prepare for this beforehand, by assembling white candles and paper drip guards (one per person), advent wreaths with candles (one per household), as well as matches. All of these items are in your Advent & Christmas care packages (except the matches) if you are a regular attender of Emmanuel Church. If you do not have these items, we will light the candles on your behalf!

You’re invited, now through Jan. 9, to the Emmanuel Church Christmas Wonderland. You may drive by and see it from your vehicle, or walk through and even do the scavenger-hunt activity. There are also beautiful photo opportunities throughout the walking path. This is at 438 E. Harvard Rd. The path is accessible from the corner of Harvard and 5th Street. This is open each day until 9 PM. We hope you enjoy!

"Communal Flourishing: Be the Light" (Matthew 5:13-16) Brian Chan, Preaching

Pastor Brian will be bringing the message from Psalm 120 and we have meaningful worship through music planned. Things are looking great for our Outdoor Worship Gathering this Sun., 9/27 at 6:30 p.m., so RSVP to [email protected] ASAP! Protocol standards below: -RSVP and Max of 50 People Registration is required for... each worship gathering. -RSVP (with your full name and the number attending) to [email protected]. -Outdoor Worship Experience Worship gathering will be in the parking lot, with a single entrance and exit and a marked flow for foot traffic. -Physical Distancing: Markers and seating arrangements will establish at least 6 feet of distancing. No hugs, handshaking, or physical contact! -Sanitization: Staff will sanitize chairs and other surfaces. Touchless sanitizers will be posted for attendees' use. -Masks and Temps: Out of care for one another, masks are required at all times, and temperatures will be checked before entry. -All Ages Welcome -No Children's Ministry session, but -CM will provide kids' activity packs that they can do at the gathering.
