Good morning Everyone, The craziest thing happened to my son, Chris, and I. Our guardian angel was taking care of us. We went to have an Open House for a Listing on a vacant home. When we got to the house there was a Lender parked outside. He told us that he had seen someone jump over the fence earlier that morning with his bag of clothes. I unlocked the front door and went inside. We heard movement upstairs. A man was hiding in the master closet. My son yelled into the r...oom and told him to leave. The man got mad and giving my son an attitude but luckily the Lender was there to help us. The man finally left mad. If it wasn’t for the Lender we wouldn’t have known the man was there and he could have surprised me while I was alone in the house preparing for the Open House and my son was putting the signs out on the Street. All you Real Estate Agents don’t have Open Houses by yourself and make sure to check the house before leaving anyone there by themselves. It was scary. The guy had even taken a shower in the House. Thank you God for keeping us safe yesterday. See more
