Natalie's Pet And House Sitting Services

This little girl joined our family recently. She and her siblings were found in a field without a mother and only a few days old. They were cold, covered in fleas, and skinny. A rescue found them and took over their care as the mother could not be located. They had a vet check and then they were placed in a loving foster home... they were bottle fed and given TLC around the clock. Fast forward to this last Sunday when my mom saw her posted on the rescue site and she drove 2.5... hours to meet this sweet baby. She immediately fell in love and brought this little lovebug home. She is the most confident and loveable kitty ever! She adapted quickly and fit right in with the rest of our animals- we have 2 dogs (Great Pyrenees and a Golden Retriever), 2 cats, and 8 goldfish. Happy 4th of July Tips for this weekend:... Make sure your pets are microchipped/have ID tags on Keep them on leash outdoors/and in backyard Shut all windows- turn AC on Turn on fans and calming music Give them a yummy long lasting treat (bully stick, frozen Kong, himalayan yak chew) Don't coddle them, help build their confidence- offer them a tasty treat as soon as you hear fireworks (boom = treat). They will soon recognize the noise means they get a treat and they will build a positive association with fireworks!!

Dog enrichment: mental/sensory I highly recommend sniff walks on a long lead for mental enrichment~ Hodor and I had a blast at the marina today, he was such a good squishy boy
