Educate a Girl, Transform a Community And the Future It's the season of giving! For our small nonprofit supporting women, children and artisans in Africa, any donation and support helps! Research shows that when girls get an education, the impact ripples throughout their family and community. We want to give these girls and young women an education and skills, the tools to break free from the cycle of poverty and exploitation.... Together, we can help create a brighter, kinder and better future. Thank you all for your interest and support and we appreciate it so much!

I am SO excited to report Naa PaulAisha's team in Africa has been registering new students to start classes in one of our finished school buildings, hopefully in the spring. I am so grateful the village is small and very remote, so it actually relatively safe there right now from what my team and family tell me. We do need your help! Your support, word-of-mouth, sharing posts, purchases and donations are so important for us moving forward with my small business and our nonpr...ofit work so we can be able to serve these wonderful young women in creating a beautiful new future. Come do your holiday and produce shopping and support small local businesses when you shop at Naa PaulAisha's Antique Store in San Rafeal as well as my stalls at farmer's markets around the Bay Area! We have a wide variety of antiques at the store and at the market I have my fresh shea butter, African black soap, drums, shakeres, African trade beads, and a wide selection of handmade jewelry. You get your unique antiques and handmade gifts that support fair-trade, sustainable small business! We appreciate you and your support so much! Much gratitude, love and blessings to you and your loved ones! Princess Aish

Some good energy for us all: a video I took in Tema, Ghana on my trip to Tema in 2019 of some traditional dancers. They are of the people of the city of Accra in Ghana. We danced so much and many happy memories! I can't wait till I can go back next :)

Good News! The international airport in Ghana re-opened - after so many months of closed borders and not being able to get my supplies or travel! It has been so challenging trying support our artisans when nothing could be shipped and everything was stuck. We were able to coordinate with our artisans and workers to get materials shipped and they have just arrived! Now we will be able to directly support our village and artisans in Ghana as we normally do and in the US we can ...raise more funds through sales of our materials and the wonderful fair-trade, handmade, and sustainable products are back in stock! I know our village artisans and suppliers are feeling relieved like we are. The challenges and our important precautions are still real and important of course, but at least this one big obstacle is resolved for the moment. I will be in the Naa PaulAisha store in San Rafael if anyone wants to stop by and see what we have and learn more about our work in Africa. Here is a picture from a one of my trips to Ghana taken a few years ago (no masks and no social distancing then...) of me with the amazing core of the Naa PaulAisha Team in Ghana. I miss them so much and am so grateful for all of their hard work. With all my loved, Princess Aisha
