We go over nutrition and also challenge them mentally as we highlight a new character trait each week! This outdoor class puts an extra fun on fitness through obstacle course challenges. Students' bodies are constantly challenged & their minds engaged as they develop their strength, coordination & ability to collaborate with others their age for the duration of the course set before them. Students will also be given a dynamic opportunity to build character as this class places an additional emphasis on developing their minds and highlights a positive character trait each week. With every fitness challenge, students are taught how to exercise key character values & healthy social-emotional habits that will help them to overcome life's obstacles! START DATE - October 21st! Hey fit fam! So excited to start this new journey of growing the bodies, minds and hearts of all of our youth! Over the years and especially in the times we are in right now (thanks to technology ), I’ve seen our young people struggle to stay active and healthy mainly because of the new demands placed on them, but also because they don’t know how or haven’t yet developed the habits they need to give them that healthy lifestyle. But that’s why we are here to help! Through... Bodynamics each kid is given all the tools they need to ensure that they learn well in school, grow in confidence and establish a solid foundation for their health. As a parent, 2020 has been an overwhelming crazy ride to say the least and I want to lessen your burdens by assisting all of you in this area of your kids(s) lives. In addition to each class session, I will be working closely with you as parents to provide resources and a community of other families who are after the same goals as you are! Together we can do it! We can still motivate our kids’ hearts, grow their minds, strengthen their bodies and lead them to becoming the healthiest version of themselves!
