Beyond stoked to have finished as finalists at the Los Angeles North Regional with our alliance partners @chargingchampionsfrc and @114eaglestrike! Thank you to all of our students and mentors, as well as all the coaches, judges, volunteers, and more who have made this amazing experience possible for us! We're extremely grateful to have also received the Quality Award, and are looking forward to our second regional at Sacramento later this month. We'd like to wish the best of luck to all teams who have upcoming regionals, and we look forward to seeing all of you at Houston! . #firstrise #firstinspires #firstlan #omgrobots #thisismvrt @ Mamba Sports Academy
Thank you to everyone who came to our Diversity in STEM Symposium yesterday! We'd also like to thank our six speakers and our event planners, without whom this event would not have been possible. We hope all of you were able to gain some insight into the gender gap in STEM fields and what you can do to address it, and we hope that you were inspired by what these women do!
We had a wonderful time demoing at the Semiconductor Industry Association Awards today! A huge thank you to FIRST NorCal and SIA for this fantastic opportunity! #omgrobots
Thank you, Dr. Woodie Flowers, for inspiring students all over the world and being a mentor to the entire FIRST community. Your mission and values will live on in everyone your work touched. We had an awesome time at Fall Festival with these amazing teams!!
We celebrated our graduating seniors at our team banquet last night. We’re sad to see them leave, but excited for what’s to come!
We had a blast at the Ventura Regional this past weekend! We captained the fifth seed alliance to semifinals, where we put up a fantastic fight against the first seed alliance. A huge thank you to our partners, TitanBot and Robotics Team3925 - we had a great time playing with you! Along with being semifinalists, we also won the Regional Spirit Award - our second judged award of the year! It's been a great 2019 season, and we'd like to thank all of our mentors, parents, and alumni for their unwavering support through the course of build and competitions. We wouldn't be here without you, and we're excited to see what the future holds!

We wouldn’t be here without you, and your efforts mean worlds to us. In addition, thank you to all the students who have poured countless hours into this robot. It’s been a great build season working with you all! Here’s to an exciting competition season! San Francisco and Ventura - here we come!
Last Saturday our rookies presented at our annual Trainings Showcase! They showed off what they learned and worked on throughout the six-week trainings period, including manipulator prototypes, wiring layouts, and robot code. We're super proud of all of our rookies and look forward to a promising build season! Who's ready for launch? #makeitloud #stemsquad #FIRSTLAUNCH2019 #omgrobots #morethanrobots #firstinspires
This weekend, we competed at the 2018 CalGames offseason competition! We finished qualifications as the fourth place team, and were the first pick team by the third seed alliance captain. We were eliminated in the quarterfinals, but we had a great time playing with FRC Team 670- Homestead Robotics and Team 751 - Barn2Robotics! Congratulations to the winners, FRC Team 846 - The Funky Monkeys, Space Cookies Robotics Team 1868, and FRC Team 972: Iron Claw Robotics, and a huge thank you to the competition hosts, Team 100 Wildhats! That's a wrap on Power Up! We want to thank all of our mentors, parents, and students for a fantastic 2018 season and offseason! We wouldn't be here without your support, and we're looking forward to another great year with Destination: Deep Space. Who's ready for #FIRSTLaunch?
We had a blast at the Idaho Regional last weekend! After finishing qualifications in 11th, we continued into quarterfinals as captain of the 7th seed alliance. Alongside our partners The Hi Fives Team 4944 FIRST Robotics and Team 6411, The Gravediggers, we put up a fantastic fight against the 2nd seed alliance. Although we were eliminated in the quarterfinals, we are proud of how far we have come; we were able to recover from the theft of our trailer in Utah and put on an ama...zing showing in Idaho! This wouldn't have been possible without the support of the FIRST and local communities - thank you to everyone who reached out and helped us in our time of need! Although this may mark the end of our competition season, we are already hard at work on our offseason projects and getting ready for 2019! This season has been incredible, and we can't wait to see what next year will bring us! #omgrobots
