Bedtime...what parent hasn’t struggled to get a child to bed at one point or another in their lives? If this is you, and your child is having a hard time settling down at night, know that you’re not alone. What’s more, it’s often harder these days for kids to switch off...literally and figuratively! They will have a hard time turning those devices off at night, so be sure to set limits. This will help their brains and bodies settle down and be able to figuratively switch... off, resulting in better sleep quality and quantity. What do you do to help your child sleep at night?
