We've all heard this... "Having a plan is essential." What happens to us during the process of creating that plan though? What consistently comes up? Obstacles. Our mind takes us through all the potential road blocks, challenges, and obstacles. At times we can get so caught up in the potential our goal will not be achieved that we slow down. ... Even worse, we can give up on it entirely. How do we combat this? What's the solution? What is the result that we want? We focus on that. We have also heard, "where there is a will there is a way," right? It's true! There is ALWAYS a way! We focus on that.
