Was an emotional week with a lot of "lasts" but so grateful for the wonderful memories over the years and excited for more fun to continue in Willow Glen & Campbell! Last Saturday class, last 6AM Los Gatos and last day with Katie! We have always had the best community!

Sorry for the short notice but the Willow Glen 6am class is cancelled tomorrow. Los Gatos is still on at 6am and there is also 9:15am and 6:30pm!

The 9:15 class will be at the Los Gatos rec center instead of Creekside today due to the rain

The Bootcamp shuffle we call this. A push up on one side of your mat, then plank shuffle to the other side of your mat and do another push up. Continue for one minute. Fun fun fun! MPowered Bootcamps
