Yoga in the garden is back!!!! Starting April 15, Chelsea Garcia will be offering a donation based Yoga class in the amphitheater area at Mountain Sage. Thursday’s 10am-11:15am (weather permitting) please bring your own Yoga mat & any props to make yourself comfortable (I recommend a personal blanket for Shivasana & cooler mornings)! Since we’ll be out side we will be able to socially distance as well!
