In March of 2000, we signed an agreement with USG to place their underlayments, licensed to serve Northern California, from Bakersfield to the Oregon border excluding North & South Lake Tahoe. In March of 2005, we created the Flatline Floors division to reflect our commitment to underlayment applications.
