Moraga playgrounds and play structures are open! New safety measures are in place to support social distancing including set capacities on the number of children and supervising adults permitted in each play area at one time. Due to the ongoing spread of COVID-19 in our communities, please follow all posted signage to help keep outdoor playgrounds safe, open and fun!

REC Club (Remote Learning & Enrichment Childcare) has limited spaces available starting October 1. Apply online at moragarec.com The program will be modified if the Moraga School District transitions to a hybrid model. Childcare will remain available for the portions of time in-person learning is not taking place on the school campus. Stay tuned for more details!

We will all miss the fireworks display and gathering with one another at Commons Park; however, you can still partake in some of your favorite traditions this 4th of July. Residents are encouraged to participate in a Virtual July 4th Celebration which includes a virtual dog parade, a virtual bike parade, and a front yard BBQ. Share your July 4th celebration with family, friends, and the Moraga community by sharing photos of your family celebration. More information on how to participate can be found at www.moraga.ca.us On July 4th, a real-time slide show will begin at 9:00 am and continue throughout the day showcasing how community members are celebrating the holiday.
