Nail Tip Tuesday: Do you apply a base coat when doing your own nails? If not, you should! Applying a base coat should be done prior to polishing your nails with the color of your choice. It may take your polish a little longer to dry, but here are some reasons base coat is such an important step to your manicure: - base coats prevent polish from staining the surface of your nails - it makes removing polish easier (a task we all wish was easier!)... - best of all base coat helps make your polish last longer Applying a base coat is a step many of us tend to skip, but certainly one we should take the time do to because of those benefits and many more!
