Natural hair has natural highs & lows. In order to give this client the most natural color, I add in 12 foils total around her hairline, part & crown. I tone the highlights only 1 level lighter than her base color. Highlights don’t always have to be high contrast. Just over 2 weeks left! I’m heading into my last full work week before I start my maternity leave & I can’t believe how soon she’ll be here. I know that I’ve been totally MIA on posting since the quarantine started almost 2 months ago. I’ve been trying to cherish all of this extra time that I’ve been able to spend with my husband @hernandezgt that we rarely got to have before now. We’ve been getting our house ready for little miss Olive & doing as many projects as possible with this extra time (our place will never be this clean again ). We have about 6 more weeks before she’ll be here & our lives will change forever.
