This tree’s for you C.C. Thanks for the amazing checkin text yesterday! I first started working with C. Several years ago. After a back injury that forced a career change and years of healing and PT she still wasn’t living the life she had hoped for. We started with reducing/ eliminating pain, moved on to imagining and then realizing changes in thought and habit patterns. Now C is living the life she images and it gets better every year. Rock climbing, working a job she love...s and loving where she lives. Thanks again for the amazing update! Are you or someone you know looking to feel better and live better? Thank you for joining me for the new offerings!! We had so much fun in the Wed/Friday moving meditation. You asked for Classic Sun Salutation On-Demand and it’s ready!!! I included modifications, 15 and 30 minute meditative practices on the same file. I am having so much fun with these shorter meditative practices. I can’t wait for Wednesday!!
