Just like that, our sandal wearing, cigar chewing Schemer hits a dead end. Shot on location in the alley around the corner from my apartment.

Our Hero’s path has dragged him into something far deadlier than he could have imagined. Who is this Schemer and what is he up to? Better follow him and find out. Even now looking back I still really love this train bridge location. Great sense of scale.

The Schemer improvised by blowing smoke in the Sap’s face before pumping his chest full of imaginary bullets. Good leg action on the death. This is where I started to mess around with duplication and manipulation through the mirroring effect. Adds to the scale.

Our Hero follows the Sap to a meeting. This was shot at the train tracks near the Santa Cruz Boardwalk.
