Easy Baked Salmon & Rainbow Veggies Prep Time: 40 min (Serves 2) Ingredients: 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes... 10 oz. Salmon Fillet 1 Yellow Pepper (sliced) 2 cups Broccoli (chopped into small florets) 1 cup Cauliflower (chopped into small florets) 1/2 cup Red Onion (sliced into chunks) 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 1/2 tsp. Coconut Aminos 1/2 Orange (zested & juiced) Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste) Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper (you’ll need two baking sheets). Place the salmon on the center of the baking sheet. Spread out all of the chopped veggies around the salmon. Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil. Brush the salmon with coconut aminos, orange juice and zest. Season everything with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Bake for 30 minutes, or until salmon is fully cooked. Enjoy!

If you are looking to be part of a fun and growing fitness and wellness studio, please follow the instructions below. We are searching for a highly motivated, professional, responsible, certified, and passionate very part-time spin instructor for one to three classes per week to start. You must be comfortable teaching online as well as in pe...rson. Our new team member should be extremely friendly, positive, upbeat, and energetic and have great communication skills. They must be a team player committed to the mission to motivate, educate, and inspire people to perform at their highest levels and live their best lives. This person must have a passion for learning and must be committed to attending educational conferences and on-going learning events. Requirements: -At least one current spin or cycle certification from an accredited organization. -Current CPR, First Aid, and AED -One year or more of experience, preferred. -Experience teaching both spin and strength training a huge plus. -This is a part-time position so the applicant needs to be able to commit, devote, and dedicate one to three hours a week -Personality that is outgoing, upbeat, positive, confident, motivating and a growth mindset.
