The market update for Santa Clara County, February 2018. The Spring housing season is off to an early start with median home prices jumping in February and continuing into March.

The California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) test results for the 2016-2017 school year haven't been released yet - they were supposed to be released at the end of August. The Department of Education has delayed the release "indefinitely" while they sort out "a recently identified data issue." I'll let everyone know when the results are eventually released and when you can expect your school expert to start referencing 2017 data. And remember, if your school expert is using API scores, they are WAY behind the times - API scores were phased out and haven't been updated since 2012.

Market update for Santa Clara County for September 2017- summary: if you have ANYTHING to sell, it will go quickly with multiple offers and over asking price; if you need to buy, your options are limited but you need a strategy and professional help to WIN.
