Because mental health is so important, and covid-19 is taking such a toll on all our mental health, Our Next Jirvana Workshop is happening September 11, 12, 13, 2020. We are holding it at the Hampton Inn, Palm Desert we are keeping to only 5 participants, face masks, social distancing, hand sanitizer.

I'm hoping that everyone is getting through this time sane, safe and healthy. I think we must remember that this Covid19 has a beginning, a middle and an end ! Our job is to be kind to one another, remember to come from our highest selves, and be patient and trust Higher Power has us !! much peace to all on this beautiful Sunday afternoon.

Due to the Covid19 virus my office will be close until further notice! I am doing all therapy sessions and groups on Telehealth and I am still taking clients ! Please stay safe & healthy and let’s all get through this together Safely !
