Mixed Grappling Arts

To all Mixed Grappling Arts Students, Due to new recommendations of the CDC and state officials regarding Gym & Fitness centers, it is with a very heavy heart that we will be officially closing MGA until a time that it is deemed safe for our students to return to training. We will be closely monitoring the situation in regards to when Gym & Fitness centers will be able to reopen. We understand that times are hard for everyone, so for all students who are willing and able to k...eep their memberships active during this hopefully brief closure, Coach Mike will be offering a free private lesson for all students with an active membership upon reopen. Extremely proud of Ephraim for earning his Blue Belt tonight. Didn’t have a long speech for him tonight. The act of placing the belt on him says it all to me. He is a incredible hard working, great training partner who is always smiling and a pleasure to train with. Not to mention he is a monster on the mats, I often feel like rolling with Ephraim is harder than what I imagine rolling with the Tasmanian Devil would be like. ~Coach Mike
