Completely foolproof but we do recommend you pull out your stand mixer (and honestly, if you don’t pull it out now will you ever??). Molten Lava Cake Cookies... - 1/2 cup butter, softened - 1 egg - 1 tablespoon milk - 1 box Miss Jones Organic Chocolate Cake Mix - 1 bag Guittard Super Cookie or Semisweet Chips Cream butter; add egg and milk and mix until combined. Add Chocolate Cake Mix and mix until dough comes together. Fold in Guittard Super Cookie Chips. Scoop by the giant spoonful and bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.

We’re all needing some extra comfort these days and we can’t think of anything more comforting than warm and gooey Skillet Brookies. Hang in there and bake away that anxiety Ingredients For the brownies:... - 2 eggs - 1/2 cup melted butter or oil - 2 tbsp water - 1 box Miss Jones Organic Brownie Mix For the cookie: - 1 egg - 5 tbsp softened butter - 1 bag Miss Jones Organic Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix What you’ll need: - 1 10-12 cast iron skillet - Rolling pin or bottle to roll out cookie dough Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Using an electric mixer, cream butter and egg. Add cookie mix and mix until fully combined. Roll finished cookie dough into a large ball, wrap tightly and place in the fridge for 30-60 minutes. 3. In a large bowl, combine egg, oil, water and brownie mix. Pour mix into lightly greased skillet and bake for 22 minutes. 4. Remove brownies from the oven and set aside. 5. On a lightly floured surface, roll cookie dough out into a skillet-sized disk (approximately 1/4 inch thick) and center it on top of the brownie layer. Bake for another 15-20 minutes or until cookie layer is golden brown and crispy. 6. Serve a scoop of this skillet while it’s still hot! Add a scoop of ice cream and grab a spoon for a next-level treat.

Get creative with your cake mix and make our Chocolate Almond Butter Swirled Cookies. Almond butter, almonds and oats make these cookies a little more hearty than your average cookie but you could add in almost anything tasty you can find in your pantry - chips, pretzels, m&m’s, dried cranberries - you get the idea! Ingredients - 12 tbsp softened butter - 1/4 cup water... - 2 eggs (slightly beaten) - 1 box Miss Jones Organic Chocolate Cake Mix - 1 cup rolled oats (not quick cooking ) - 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (we @guittardchocolate) - 1 cup of coarsely chopped almonds (slightly toasted brings out the flavor, divided) - 1 cup almond * butter Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Using a hand mixer, combine butter, water eggs and vanilla. Add in cake mix, oats, chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup of almonds and stir to combine. 2. Add almond butter by spoonfuls around the bowl and stir slightly leaving streaks of almond butter. 3. Use a small scoop to place about 1 tbsp of batter on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Use the remaining 1/2 cup of almonds to sprinkle on the top. Bake for 8 minutes. 4. Let cool for several minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
