To mark the start of the #BlackHistoryMonth, we want to share the story of Jane C. Wright (1919-2013), a pioneering cancer researcher and surgeon noted for her contributions to #chemotherapy and #cancerresearch. She is known for developing tumor cell cultures and treating them with different drugs to predict which drugs may produce the most robust effect in the actual patient, a method that underlies the modern concept of #precisionmedicine. #WomenInSTEM

There's no stopping Mission Bio! Despite the pandemic we were able to close a Series C funding round to raise $70M USD. We're ready to scale up and put an end to #cancer with #singlecell technology.
