You’re getting thirsty... very thirsty! Research has linked dehydration to mood and cognitive disturbances as well as memory dysfunction. Water recommendations vary per person but general guidelines recommend 11-16 cups a day. So get off to a hot start this semester and keep cool! Staying hydrated will keep you sharp physically and mentally.
