Responsibilities Use electronic means to post information on available trucks and/or loads Manage multiple projects simultaneo...usly with a sense of urgency Maintain and update accurate information into company software Track and trace shipments update the systems accordingly Answer phones and emails in a timely fashion Qualifications Knowledge of MS Word and Excel, Google docs Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task Attention to detail and accuracy Driven, enthusiastic and highly motivated Strong communication skills Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Desire to grow and further develop skills A competency exam is administered: Typing, Excel, Word and overall literacy.
