We are extremely excited to introduce our three newest Mill Valley firefighters! Welcome to the family Spenser Scott, Brian Natsios and David Selchau These three are wrapping up the final week of their in house academy and will be on shift starting this weekend

This is an extremely difficult, confusing and unprecedented time for everyone in our community. Everyone is facing challenges that never in our wildest dreams we thought could happen just a couple weeks ago. Your Mill Valley Professional Firefighters L1775 are continuing to provide, and will continue to provide our constituents with the most professional and efficient service during these tough times. Please see most recent post for current information*** Original Post: The High Wind Watch has been upgraded to a Wind Advisory... from Saturday evening through Monday Morning for the North Bay Mountains, East Bay Hills & Diablo Range, Interior East Bay Valleys, Santa Cruz Mountains, San Francisco Peninsula, SF Peninsula Coast, and Coastal North Bay. A dry cold front an upper trough will move through the region into Sunday morning bringing a burst of breezy north to northeast winds to the region. Winds will increase again Sunday afternoon. Expect sustained north to northeast winds from 15 to 35 mph with gusts 45 to 50 mph, locally higher gusts possible over the North Bay Mountains where the strongest winds are anticipated. Strong winds may blow down limbs and power lines. Scattered power outages are possible. Gusty winds will also make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles or those pulling trailers.
