Here is a video I did to help answer the questions I have been getting about the different foot positions to use to develop different areas of the legs during leg press. These same positions will also work for squats as well.

As an online fitness coach i get asked alot of questions. Another one that gets asked frequently is "How long wil it take me to get to my goal?" Well in truth..., there is no exact answer to that question. It all depends on a few things, such as 1. your commitment level. How commited and serious are you about getting to your goal? Are you truly willing to follow a strict regimen and do everything that you are supposed to do which is all laid out and easy for you to follow? 2. Are you willing to fully commit to the diet plan that you must follow? No deviating. Follow the meal plans laid out to you and eat all the food that is set up. 3. Will you not make any excuses and hit every workout? Whether its endurence day or pure muscular day, will you follow the exercises laid out for you to do that day no matter whether you are feeling down in the dumps, grumpy, lazy, etc? 4. Are you willing to commit to changing your lifestyle to a new lifestyle that will accomodate your goal? Meaning, instead of hitting the club every Friday or Saturday night, take that time and do your cardio. Put that drink down and grab a glass of lemon water or tea instead. Put that pizza down and enjoy some chicken breast asparagus. Go to bed at 10pm instead of 2am. 5. Surround yourself with others who either have the same goal as you or are excited for you to hit your new goal and will keep in touch with you and keep you accountable. Without a proper support system anyone can fall off track and deviate. Its great to have positivity from others when seaking out a new venture. Any one of these tips could be the one that moves the needle for you and helps you hit your goal right away. One of these may even stand out more than the others and you can instantly relate with. What is your favorite tip and why? #onlinetrainer #trainer #fitnesslifestyle #personaltrainer #weightloss #nutrition #diet #exerxise

Here I am explaining what’s the difference from doing a flat bench press with a barbell vs with dumbells. I forgot to mention that you will get a deeper range of motion with the dumbells as well

Here is a great way to really challenge your abs. Here we are doing decline sit-ups using 5 pound dumbbells in each hand. When we go down we come all the way down Til the shoulder blades touch the mat, and not letting the head rest on the bench. With the arms straight above the head at the bottom and spread apart we exhale as we come upwards and Bring the hands inwards at the top reaching for the ceiling and not just throwing our hands forward. That would use too much momentum and take away from the abs. Go at a nice quick pace and do sets of 20-35 reps. Have fun!!! . . Follow @mikesbodysculpting

Straight leg deadlifts are amazing for developing the hamstrings. If you lock out your legs and keep them totally straight they will give your hamstrings a full stretch from the lower glutes all the way down to behind the knee. They will help grow the hammies and give that nice curve or hang of the hamstrings. It will also work the lower back as well as a secondary target area. Just make sure that you ALWAYS keep your back straight, try to get all the way down the the floor... keep the bar lined up directly over the feet the entire time. When coming up exhale and make sure you fully come upright with your chest al the way up. If you don’t come up al of the way then you will put too much strain on your lower back causing discomfort which could lead to an injury. No bueno. Add these to your next leg routine!!!! . . This is one of the hardest parts for men to develop. But doing it like this will really help develop that upper inner chest to give that thick center crease down the center of your chest, which will make wearing a V-neck shirt look much better
