When I’m still, I can finally hear. Not the sounds of the external world (believe me, I hear those just fine ) but the voice of my own heart. The place inside that knows the answers, that supersedes my mind (my very amazing, sometimes annoying, mind). So, I listen, I pray, I continue on, not knowing everything, but knowing what’s important: that I trust I am headed in the right direction. And, that, is my yoga.
