This stunning gelding mustang is Spirit. He was taken from the wild and bound for slaughter when we rescued him. Spirit found shelter in our peaceful pastures a...nd has been an integral part in numerous therapeutic sessions with our underserved youth and veterans. Today was a big day for Spirit as this was the first time he's experienced the special connection between rider and horse. Spirit is ready for adoption and although we will miss him dearly, we are elated for this next part of his journey and are happily helping him find his forever home.
