TESTIMONIAL OF THE DAY: I had opened my back door but not yet entered, then realized my bathroom window was missing. TESTIMONIAL OF THE DAY: This wasn’t a medical emergency. Someone rang my door bell at 10:30 pm, kept banging on my door and yanking the door knob to my security screen door. I knew they couldn’t get in that way but this person continued to stay and I could hear a loud thump and scratching noises. My neighbors were away and all my family so I called Life Alert and asked them to call the police. I was impressed the way you stayed on the line until the police arrived. Life Alert called me back to see if I was ok about a half hour later. I don’t open my door at night unless I am expecting someone I know. Life Alert emergency alarm scared the person away. TESTIMONIAL OF THE DAY: Well, here’s another life saved - mine! One afternoon, I fell going down the basement stairs, only two or three stairs, but enough to have no way to right myself. I was in terrible pain, having probably broken my hip. Thank God, I reached for my pendant, heard a rescuing voice who immediately called paramedics, my son and daughter, and neighbors who had my keys. Life Alert stayed with me until EMTs arrived.
