While office employees are working remotely, additional measures to protect on-site employees have been taken. A robust screening program is in place whereby each employee is screened for temperature, symptoms, and potential exposure prior to every shift, and anyone not meeting these thresholds is immediately sent home. On a community-related note, METALfx, who typically uses #n95masks for protection during certain manufacturing processes, swapped a portion of their supply of N95 masks for regular masks with their local hospital, Howard Memorial Hospital, so that medical staff could be better protected on the #frontlines.
