We at Tell Steel have the machinery and ability to cut some incredible material! In these pictures we are Flame Cutting 12" thick Hot Rolled Plate! The finished piece was 12" x 13" and weighed a little over 700 lbs! The piece was cut by Willy who did an awesome job!

Shout out to My Tell Steel Brother John Kroneberger who retired from Tell after 40 years last Friday. He not only represented Our Company with Professionalism and Integrity but made a career out of making sure His Customers were completely satisfied. I hope your successor caries on the tradition. This is our Marvel 800A PC3S automatically cutting 50 pcs of 2 x 2 x .250 square tubing. These parts are known as "bullet nose" because of the three (3) 45 degree mitre cuts per piece! From point to point the pieces are 26 5/8" long. Just one more reason why Tell Steel is FIRST IN SERVICE since 1959!

From arrival from Wisconsin, to unpacking and installation, our new Marvel PA13/3EPC is almost ready to go into service! We are confident it will give us another 45 years of service like it's predecessor did! This is the sixth Marvel saw currently in use at Tell Steel!

Farewell Old Friend! Manufactured by Marvel Manufacturing in 1966 and acquired by Tell Steel in 1973, this Model 15A has been a workhorse, as well as a Bay 1 landmark for 45 of our 60 year history! During those years, it ran 16-18 hrs a day Monday - Friday, and all day Saturday - without any major repairs, and with proper maintenance!
