Leftovers and meatballs. Be creative with your binder. Here we blended cooked sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts and brown rice and added eggs and our favorite seasoning. Then we blended with hamburger. Yumm! No longer is binder just eggs and bread crumbs. Enjoy and use organic whenever possible.

Training with Shane has been a wonderful experience! When I first started, I was recovering from some pretty serious injuries and needed a lot of 1 on 1 help with the basics. I was a person who had lifted all his life, served in the military for 6 years, rode dirt bikes etc. but now couldn't do a push-up. Shane and I started at the absolute bottom and worked up day by day to being back to almost full strength again. It's been almost 2 years.
