Merrill Street Bungalow & Cottage

Things are changing for the better. Unfinished improvements are finally being completed in the cottage. Insulation & a new ceiling were installed yesterday, today the ceiling was textured, plumbing was worked on & tomorrow the entire inside will be painted as well as new shelving installed in the kitchen pantry along with new electrical fans & lighting. With a little luck new windows will be installed in the bathroom as well. Looking forward to a quality job being completed, for once, in one fell swoop.

Light & bright & airy. New paint, new windows, new lighting & new flowering has been installed. Ryan's grouting the flooring today. The wood trim needs to be put back up.

Come along with us & check out the changes taking place already. New windows have been installed in the cottage along with all new screens on every window of the cottage & bungalow. Ryan has begun to tare out flooring in the cottage, has a coat of primer on one of it's crazy blue walls, added railing in the loft & has moved electrical, replaced the industrial light fixtures with a new craftsman style ceiling fan & lowered & rebuilt the kitchen counter that used to divide the eating area from the kitchen.
