We are closing a little early today. Back at again tomorrow. All MCN services remain running and are monitored 24X7X365. Most services are hosted on servers in Sacramento that are still powered. Stay safe!

During the power outage all MCN services remain working. Email, websites, digital voice and other cloud services are at a collocation facility in Sacramento. Fusion customers have Internet if they can power their modem with a battery or generator. Fusion phone lines work with any phone that does not require power. Our office will be open Monday with a skeleton crew regardless of the power being still off. Stay safe and enjoy a good book!

Please be aware we are receiving reports from customers that a robo spam call is going around claiming to be AT&T with a recorded message threatening to shut off internet service. If you receive this call please do not provide them with any payment or other personal information. Contact your internet service provider directly for any concerns regarding your account. EMAIL ISSUE 05/20/2019 9:15 AM: During an installation of security patches one of MCN mail servers went offline. The backup server is running but is under heavy load. We hope to have the issue resolved within the hour.
