Professional and College level sports have been and always will be incredibly tough on the body. Injuries are common and returning to the field is key for these players. Daniel Nguyen is the first Vietnamese American to play in the US Open. When a shoulder injury almost derailed his career, his first doctor recommended surgery which would have taken him out of the game for a long recovery. Daniel got a second opinion and opted for a stem cell treatment instead. This treatment allowed him to return to play far quicker and with, in his own words, "100% recovery". #RedSox Fans! Record Setting Pitcher Chris Sales is back in action after receiving #PRP injections in his elbow. Chris received the green light from his doctor after his follow up visit. What's PRP? Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy uses the body's built-in healing mechanisms to promote healing in specific areas. Treatments are considered very safe when done under proper medical supervision since it uses the patient's own blood.
