On the seventh day of Christmas my realtor gave to me a much-needed personal training session at Mventous Fitness Center YIPPIE! Let’s get real here I have worked out my whole life really. I have had personal trainers in the past too. I go to the gym. @moventous is COMPLETELY different. Ryan White (the owner and my trainer) is hands down the most knowledgeable and patient trainer I have ever meet. Ryan takes the time to tailor each session to your personal goals and ...abilities. He changes it up every time so you do not get bored and your body is challenged. He listens to my needs but also pushes me to go further than I think I can. Ryan extremely dedicated and a true professional!! He takes the time every session and then spends time outside of our hour to program a daily custom workout for me to follow until we meet again. It is obvious he is very invested in my progress. I see and feel a difference since training at Mventous. Ok so that is my personal journey! But you must see it for yourself. The place is clean, professional, not intimidating (I was worried about that), has all the fun (ok... they are body and muscle challenging) toys and are 100000% worth the drive!
