Meeks Bay Resort, on behalf of the Washoe Tribe of Nevada and California, is EXCITED to welcome everyone back for the 2021 season starting on Friday May 14th. Bookings for next year, the 2022 season, open through the web-page www. Meeksbayresort.com starting Saturday, May 1st (tomorrow)at 8am. Telephone reservations/messages will be handled in the order received. Messages will be reviewed on 5/3/2021 and communication through telephone and email will start on 5/4. Remember t...hat your 50% deposit must be paid with your reservation and the balance is due 14-days prior to check-in. Any bookings made without a deposit will be bumped if someone else tries to book those dates and pays the deposit. We will still be following the cdc and guidelines for covid, so please be prepared. We have a new management team, some new team members, new inventory, and tons of fun ready to make your vacation the best it can be. Sunshine and Smiles- guaranteed. The Washoe Tribe operates the Meeks Bay Resort through a special permit on behalf of the US Forest Service.

Beautiful Day today! Each day is going to get more beautiful! Only a couple weeks till opening day!! Per our policy Reservations CAN NOT be transferred to friends or family! The guest that made the reservation needs to be the guest checking in. Transfering reservations is not fair to the guests that are waiting on our standby list. If you chose to keep the reservation knowing you cannot use it, and no show you will be charged the entire stay. Pleas make sure you can use the... reservation before booking your stay. Hi Meeks, Beautiful day today! Summer is fast approaching! Just another friendly reminder we do not allow pets of any kind anywhere on the resort including the campgrounds; RV and tent sites. If we find you have a pet we will ask you kindly to remove or make arrangements for the animal, and if you fail to do so we will ask you to leave. It is printed on your confirmation receipt, listed on our homepage, and here on FB. This is not only our policy, but the Forest Service as well. Pleas pass this information on. It is being said we allow pets at the tent and RV sites.This is not so. Thank you.

Good Morning Meeks Fam, 59 days until we open!! How exciting! Mark it on your calendar’s on Saturday, May 1st at 8am we will begin accepting reservation’s for the 2022 season ONLINE ONLY! We will not be accepting telephone or email reservation’s on this day. Because it falls on a weekend we will resume telephone and email reservation’s on Monday, May 3rd. ... Pro Tip: If you are trying to make an online reservation and you see a to call message this means your dates are unavailable. Also, if you don’t see what you are searching for in the list of options when you enter your dates then it is unavailable. Ex: Say you are looking for RV sites, and you enter your dates and the website brings up cabins, lodges, and tents sites, but no RV sites. This means all RV sites are sold out for the dates you are searching. The website will bring up what is available for the time period you are searching. The website is real time. You see what I see .
