How did you guys do at your meet today?

Next Saturday, another 10 mile run at Millerton. You missed out this morning. Great run. 6:30 am.

This Saturday at 6:30 am. 10 mile trail run. Very easy pace with walking breaks if you need them. I will park in the main casino parking area closest to the main road (Friant). I will be in a white Toyota suv. Table Mountain Casino is located at: 8184 Table Mountain Road Friant, CA 93626
