Your 6-8 year olds will enjoy the story School Lunch in this week’s Grab ‘n Go Activity Kit. The kit also includes a Color Your Own insulated lunch bag and a box of 24 crayons! Kits are FREE of charge - pickup from the library’s front steps. Available Tue. 8am-4:30pm, Wed. & Thu. 8am-5:30pm, Fri. 8am-5:30pm & Sat. 8am-11:30am.

The theme for the new STEAM kits is JOURNALING! Photo shows kit contents! For kids in 1st-5th grades! Pick up starting TUESDAY (tomorrow) from 8am-1pm. Kits available for pickup from the library’s front steps.

New Grab ‘n Go activity kits for kids 6-8 years of age have a MITTEN theme. Each kit includes the text to two mitten stories and the materials to craft a Mitten Wreath. Craft requires scissors and glue/glue stick (not included). Pickup from the library’s front steps beginning tomorrow (Tuesday) from 8am-1pm.

Here is a picture of this week’s STEAM kits! Kids learn to create a SUN DIAL! Kits are prepared for kids in 1st-5th grades! They will be available for pickup starting Tuesday, January 12th at 8:00am.

MITTENS is the theme for this week’s Grab ‘n Go activity kits for preschoolers 3-5 years of age! Each kit includes the text to 2 mitten books, mitten crafts, coloring, cutting, gluing, paper punching & sewing with yarn and a needle! Available Starting Tuesday (tomorrow, 8am-1pm).

New early literacy Grab ‘n Go activity kits for toddlers 2-3 years of age. Theme: Small Cars, Big Trucks. Kit includes a car and truck template for some coloring fun! Available Tuesday 8am-1pm.

This week’s Grab ‘n Go Activity Kit for kids 6-8 years has a PENGUIN theme. Enjoy the book Penguin Day and complete a penguin craft. Kits are available first come, first serve beginning on Tuesday Jan. 12th. We are open that day 8am-1pm.

Available TOMORROW (Tuesday 8am-1pm) new early literacy Grab ‘n Go kits for Babies 0-24 Months. Theme: Some Fly, Some Swim. Kit includes materials to make a fish bowl with fish craft. Pick up from the library’s front steps- first come, first serve.

PENGUINS are the theme for our preschoolers (3-5 years) Grab ‘n Go activity kits this week! The kit includes a couple stories, alphabet activities, counting, colors/coloring, penguin songs, rhymes & movement and penguin crafts. Pickup starting Tuesday 1/12!

Sing a Song of Joy is the theme for this week’s early literacy Toddler (2-3 years) Grab ‘n Go Activity Kit. Play your toddler’s favorite music or sing and move to their favorite songs! We have included a TINSEL WAND to use while moving to the music! Pickup kits starting Tuesday, January 12th.

This week’s early literacy Grab ‘n Go activity kit for babies 0-24 Months has a music theme. This kit includes songs, rhymes, literacy tips, activity ideas, maracas, Itsy Bitsy Spider and color spider activities. Kits will be available beginning TUESDAY 1/12. Kits are located on the front steps. (First Come, First Serve) [Our hours are M, TU, & Sat 8am-1pm, W 1pm-6pm, & F noon-5pm. We are closed on Thursdays.]

It’s DINOvember! DINOSAURS are the theme for our 6-8 Years olds Grab ‘n Go Activity Kits! We have included the text to the non-fiction book Dinosaurs (see photo) and the materials to create your own dinosaur picture! Each packet of punched out shapes is a different combination, but each contains at least one dinosaur. Use your imagine to create a masterpiece! Use crayons/colored pencils to add details! We would like to thank the San Diego Craft Collective for the donation of punched out figures/shapes that are in our Grab ‘n Go kits this week. Kits available starting Tuesday, Nov. 3rd.

For our PRESCHOOLERS (ages 3-5 years), this week’s Grab ‘n Go kit has a dinosaur theme! It includes the text to the book Ten Little Dinosaurs, letter D d and alphabet letter practice, coloring and cutting and create you own dinosaur picture! We have included the landscape background, dinosaur cutouts & stickers. Use crayons/colored pencils to complete your masterpiece! Available Tuesday, 11/3 at 8:00am.

Dinosaur Dig is the early literacy theme for our Grab ‘n Go Activity Kits for toddlers 2-3 years of age. Along with the tips, song, and rhymes, we have included the materials for one of the suggested activities plus a bag with FIVE DINOSAUR figures! PLEASE make sure your child is supervised so they do not choke on the figures! Pickup starting Tuesday, Nov. 3rd!

This week’s early literacy Grab ‘n Go Activity Kit has a Kitty Cat and Puppy Dog Tales theme. The kit includes early literacy tips for parents/caregivers, text for songs, finger rhymes and activity suggestions. We have included the materials to complete one of the suggested activities. Available starting Tuesday, Nov. 11th @ 8:00am.
