We are Super excited to announce our March 2021 Caregiver of the Month Isabel Capuchino, LVN Isabel has been working with Maxim and caring and serving kiddos here in the Fresno Metro area for over 7yrs now. We chose Isabel for her continued dedication to her patient and their family. Her clinical supervisor states that Isabel is "great with clinical care and communication and very reliable". When presented this award Isabel said she "loves her client and family"!! Thank you Isabel, your dedication to patient care and quality of service does not go unnoticed!

Our HomeHealth office would like to Congratulate Chris Allard on 9yrs of service with Maxim!! Chris started as a recruiter and later Account Manager in our Staffing Division. In 2017 Chris moved to our HomeHealth Team in order to expand his skills and make a greater impact on our community. Since his move to HomeHealth our team has opened a record number patients, and continued to increase pay rates for staff. Outside of work Chris enjoys working on his homestead in Madera with his Wife, Daughter and Rottweiler puppy. At work, Chris is quick to prank co-workers when they are promoted or beaten at Fantasy Football. We are grateful to have Chris as a leader on our team and know he will continue to strive for Greatness for him and our team!

We want to recognize Mr. Richard Luckhurst, LVN as our November 2020 Caregiver of the Month. In the short few months Richard has worked with our Homecare office, he has made a lasting impact. He quickly completed his vent and trach trainings in order to help us meet the needs of a Military Veteran with ALS and his family. From the start, Richard has continually gone above and beyond; Due to frequent hospitalizations early on Richard was very flexible to change hours to acco...mmodate late discharges home or switching shifts while we worked to build staff on the case. We are grateful and fortunate to have Richard as part of our team of Amazing nurses here at Maxim. Congratulations Richard on Caregiver of the month!
