It’s been awhile since I posted anything ...... I am working however not taking new clients I have taken two new trainings....... Heartmath and Sound healing

Ok it’s official the stay at home order was extended I did not see any end date just that’s it’s based a a 4 week projection. If you feel your massage is essential to your physical and mental health contact your doctor or chiropractor and ask for a referral and you will be able to receive massage/bodywork through the orders Thanks to those that support me and my practice Love and Gratitude

Hi Everyone Waiting to hear if our stay are home orders with be extended or lifted I will post when I know Please remember massage can still be received while in the stay at home orders if you get a referral from your doctor or chiropractor

If you’ve been watching the news you know that Nevada County will be added to the new stay at home order as of Friday. So what does that mean for massage and my business. It means I am unable to see client with one exception of you have a referral from a doctor or chiropractor I can still see you. Clients if you feel your massage is needed for medical reasons please call your doctor or see your chiropractor and ask for a referral for massage: have them state it is medically necessary and how often: 1 a week for 2 months or 1 a month for 5- must be specific (also length 30, 60, 90) And as a reminder I am a certified medical massage therapist and proper safety is continued to be followed Thanks to all that continue to support me and our local small business

At this time massage therapy is still allowed to be open with proper precautions. To keep you and I safe I have decided to see just one client a day. Clients and myself must have our masks on properly at all times. Clients use back door to avoid shared waiting area with chiropractor. Door to outside remains open until start of session to allow for fresh air and proper ventilation of office. Proper cleaner is used after clients to keep office sanitized. ... I shouldn’t have to say this but I will add - new sheets are always used and hands washed before and after session. This allows me to be certain that my office is ready for each client and I am doing my part to keep people safe and still continue to work. Thank You All for your support
