Join my brother Mark and myself this summer for our annual Croatian Yogalates retreat! ...We want to share the amazing beauty of our native Croatia. You will practice morning Yogalates (a fusion of yoga and pilates) while breathing in the famously restorative air of the island of Losinj. You will visit charming coastal towns along the popular Croatian coastline, take a boat ride to a picturesque island while you enjoy a lunch of freshly-caught fish, learn about the aromatherapeutic and medicinal benefits of the local herbs and plants, and enjoy our group dinners to chosen spots (known for their local & delicious cuisine). You will also visit the romantic and magical city of Venice for a day trip, as Italy is just across the Adriatic sea from Croatia. Of course, you will have daily access to the beach and lots of time to get massages and simply enjoy your beautiful surroundings. I am an experienced YogaWorks instructor and love working with guests who need a little extra care, as well as guests who love a good work-out.
