Call of Action to recent college-graduates! In light of the pandemic and online schooling, MAS Bay Area is aware that high school students have not been able to access many of the resources needed to understand the college application process. For this reason, we are planning a "Pathway to College" event that will help guide the students for the next few weeks. This event will take place on Thursday November 12th 7-9 pm inshaAllah. We are looking for volunteers that have r...ecently graduated and have experience in the application process to mentor the students. As mentors they will be expected to support the students by answering questions, editing essays, and giving personal advice and tips. Mentors will be assigned no more than 2-3 students to follow up with. Please contact us ([email protected]) if you are interested in helping these students plan their future. We are looking for committed volunteers who want to help the youth with their knowledge and resources. Jazakumallahu khairan

We are continuing our Quran Circle into the month of September! This month’s theme is Mental Health, and every week we will be discussing a crucial subject pertaining to mental health and tie it back to verses in the Quran. Can’t wait to see everyone there inshallah!

Alhamdullilah the day of Ashura is tomorrow, Saturday, August 29th! Inshallah we are all able to fast on this blessed day and follow the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)
