This is a 50-minute intermediate-intensity barre class with an emphasis on core and glute strength. It can be performed with a set of small weights, a pilates ball, a wall to lean on, and some mini-bands. This class is performed by Ingrid Stutzman, who is a certified personal trainer, certified pilates instructor, and teaches classes at Truckee’s Bar Effect studio.
