Churches/Places of Worship: Can open indoors with modifications and a recommended capacity of 50%. Conferences: Can open with modifications. Indoor capacity is 200 if all guests show proof of negative test or full vaccination. Outdoor capacity of 200 people. Dance Studios: Can open indoors with modifications at a maximum 50% capacity. Gyms/Fitness Centers: Can open indoors with modifications at a maximum of 50% capacity. Hotels/Lodging: Can open fitness centers indoors at 50% capacity and open spa facilities with modifications. Live Performances: Can open with modifications. Indoor venues up to 1,500 people can open at a maximum of 25% or 300 people, whichever is fewer. Outdoor venues can open at a maximum of 67%. Restaurants: Can open indoors with modifications at a maximum of 50% capacity. Saunas and Steam Rooms: Can open indoors with modifications at a maximum of 50% capacity. Wineries: Can open indoors with modifications at a maximum of 50% capacity or 200 people, whichever is fewer. Gatherings: Are allowed with modifications. Indoor events are still strongly discouraged and require a maximum of 50% capacity or 50 people, whichever is fewer. Outdoor events are recommended with a maximum of 100 people. Blessed to be succeeded as bishop of our Sierra Pacific Synod by The Rev. Dr. Megan Rohrer! Pr. Megan was elected on the Fifth Ballot over Pr. Jeff Johnson 2...09-207 votes.
