Dear friends, I have been in the business for past 28 years and have loved every moment of it. I have enjoyed caring for your family members and have made many life long friends. I was hoping to continue to be in your service for another 3-5 years. Unfortunately, I was recently involved in a very violent car crash. As a result, I can no longer stand for prolong periods of time, my mobility is compromised, and it is very difficult to continue to provide the same level of ...service you’ve come to expect from me. As such, I have decided to sell my business to Tristian, my groomer who has been with me for 18 months. I know he will take care of each and every one of you like I have. This was not an easy decision but it is not only the best decision for my health but it is also a best decision for your family members, you want your pets to be taken care of by someone who can give them their 100%. It is unfortunate, but sometimes life does not go as planned. Please share this with your friends, neighbors and family to get the word out for me. I want to thank you again from the bottom of my heart for the love and support you have shown me over the years. It has been my pleasure to take care of your family members. Thank you again!

As you may be aware of, Kathy, was involved in a horrific hit and run car accident that left her unable to continue the work she loved as the owner of Laguna Country Groomers. She sold her beloved shop and has retired but she misses you, the client that she had to leave behind so abruptly. She would love the opportunity to say a personal farewell and present you with one last Holiday ornament.... You are invited to join Kathy on Saturday, November 9th, and again on Saturday, December 14th, both days from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at United Methodist Church, located at 8986 Elk Grove Blvd, Elk Grove, CA 95624. As a special treat, Kathy will also have her famous homemade jam at both events so you can pick up your favorite just in time for the holidays. Crystal works for Laguna Country Groomers. She was in a horrible accident two weeks ago and has not been able to work.
